Is God really listening to me?

I know God is listening when we speak to Him. Shoot, He already knows what we're going to say before we say it. I have and will continue to believe this. But that doesn't change the fact that sometimes I really do wondering if He's listening to me. My life, like most people I know, has been very interesting over this past year. Things are slowly but surely getting better but that doesn't mean I don't still feel the sting of the every frustrations...especially those of a financial nature. I'm not even asking for the world right now. I just want to take care of a few inconveniences that are getting about as annoying as having that lose eyelash in your eye. I trust God and know that I wouldn't have gotten this far without Him but that doesn't keep me from wondering.
